Cross Culture Kids Academy (CCKA) is dedicated to supporting children with foreign roots and their families, ensuring they thrive as confident members of society. Our mission encompasses several core areas.
Educational Support
We provide an inclusive learning environment where every child is respected and accepted, regardless of cultural background. We aim to bridge cultural and linguistic barriers through Japanese language education and cultural mediation programs, ensuring all children have equal access to quality education.
Family and Community Support
Parental Support: We assist parents in understanding the Japanese educational system and culture, providing educational sessions and resources to enhance communication and alleviate parenting concerns.
Community Support: We strengthen foreign communities by supporting their unity and activities, offering a platform for mutual support and information sharing.
Psychological Counseling

- 包括性の強化：私たちはすべての子どもが自分の文化的背景を尊重され，受け入れられる環境を提供します。多文化間の理解と共生を促進し，相互理解に基づいた包括的な学習環境を実現します。
- 教育機会の平等化：海外ルーツの子どもたちが直面する言語や文化的な障壁を乗り越えるための支援を提供します。日本語の教育や文化的橋渡しプログラムを通じて，全ての子どもが平等に高品質の教育を受けられるように努力します。

家族とコミュニティの支援

- 外国人共同体(コミュニティ)の支援：外国人コミュニティの結束と活動を支援し，彼らが相互に支え合い，情報共有ができるプラットフォームを提供します。コミュニティ内でのサポートネットワークを強化し，日本社会へのスムーズな統合を促進します。
心理カウンセリング
- 心理的安全の提供：子どもたちが直面するストレスや不安を理解し，対処するための力（問題解決やレジリエンス）を育むための支援を提供します。個別のカウンセリングやグループセッションを通じて，心理的な健康と幸福を促進します。
- 自己認識と自己受容の促進：子どもたちが自分自身とその文化的背景を理解し，誇りを持てるようにサポートします。多様性を価値とする社会 のなかで，自己受容と他者受容の大切さを一緒に学びます。これにより，子どもたちは自分のアイデンティティに対する確固たる理解を持ち，多様性豊かな社会においてポジティブな自己像を形成できるようになります。
- 社会適応力の向上：多文化共生社会における効果的なコミュニケーション能力や適応力を育てます。子どもたちが異なる文化的背景を持つ人々と建設的に関わることができるように支援します。この取り組みは，相互理解を深め，社会的なつながりを強化することにより，多文化が共生するコミュニティの構築に貢献します。
